My students took their exam
of essays today. What is your
favorite scene? Then later we
sketched Campbell soup cans
and looked at part of a DVD
on Andy Warhol, pop-artist
who made millions with those
cans. Austen and Warhol on the
same day ? An exhibit comes into
town next week and we will go
on a field trip to the Mint Museum.
Interesting as they
both comment on culture!
AND we filled both cars with
gas. Thank you Lord.
