I tried to grow tarragon once, and would love to have that in my garden. Maybe I will try again, now that I have automatic irrigation.
I grew hyssop from a seedling bought at a nursery a couple of years ago, and this year I bought some hyssop seeds, so that is in the plan, as well as some fennel. Those are the more unusual plants. I have rosemary in several places and love that I can pick it all year long.
One of my 2 rosemary plants died over the winter. My oregano is back full steam ahead. I have garlic and onions planted, and will try for the umpteenth time to grow thyme. Just never had luck with it. And of course basil....no summer is complete without basil.

no herbs but I should think about that ...
Love my rosemary bush! I use it in so many recipes & I am about to plant some basil.
