I always keep a Commonplace Book. Nancy has a
blog on keeping one. I always put the date and what I am doing and the weather! Maybe my grands will love that part of reading it when it is passed down.

A friend of mine just received her great grandmother's Bible. She is beginning to ponder the meaning of the underlines and notes in the margins. What a treasure!
